We first traveled to Nicaragua in 1999 and feel in love with this beautiful country. We always dreamed of opening our own hotel here. As the beaches of Rivas began to fill up, we decided on Aserradores. We broke ground in 2003. Now in 2007, although we plan to expand, we have completed our hotel and are enjoying our new lifestyle in Nicaragua. Our staff consists of 8 people from the community who are happy to serve you.
